Terms of Service

Axolist is operated by Jayden Mason from Northridge, California. Buying a film means you agree to these terms and to the terms on the Scope & Delivery page, which describes exactly what you receive.

A commissioned film of one property, built from photographs of that property. Full deliverables, turnaround, and revision terms are on the Scope & Delivery page and form part of this agreement.

That you own or manage the property, and that you have the right to send us the photographs you send us. If you send images you do not have rights to, that is on you, not us.

On payment, you receive permanent worldwide rights to use your finished film however you like. We retain the right to show finished work as a sample unless you tell us not to.

Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Payment is taken in full before production begins.

Refunds and remedies are described on the Refund Policy page. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.

If we change these terms, the change applies to work commissioned after the change, never to work already paid for.
