Frequently Asked Questions

Where can you make a film for my property?

Anywhere. Production is done remotely from your listing and your photographs, so there is no travel and no location constraint.

How long does a typical project take?

Twelve to twenty hours from payment, or from the day you send your photographs, whichever is later. Most land in eight to ten.

How do I receive my finished video?

By email, as a download link. Full delivery terms are on the Scope & Delivery page.

Do you offer revisions?

Yes — unlimited. There is no cap and no additional charge. It is not finished until you say it is, however many passes that takes.

Can I use the video on social media and listing platforms?

Yes. You receive permanent worldwide rights to use your film on listing sites, social media, your own website, and any advertising you run. No licensing fees, ever.

How do I book?

Answer eight questions about your property. It takes about ninety seconds and it tells us which format your place needs, what it costs, and why. You pay at the end if you want it. There is no call and no meeting.

Do I get all five formats?

No — you get one, and we choose which. Your property has one of these in it, and picking the wrong one is the difference between a film that works and a film that is merely pretty. You receive that one film in four cuts: one landscape and three vertical.

Why don't you show the inside?

Because the inside is the part you already have. Your listing is full of rooms, and so is every listing you are competing with. What is missing is the approach, the light, the grounds, the view — the things a guest describes to someone else after they get home. We build the film out of those. It also means nobody ever arrives to a room that does not match what they were shown.

What if I do not like it?

Tell us and we re-edit it. Then again if it is still not right. There is no cap on passes, no additional charge, and no point at which we say that is all you get. It is finished when you say it is.
