Refund Policy

If you have paid and we have not started, write to us and we will send your money back the same day. No questions and no form. Once we have started building your film, we cannot refund it — every film is made for one property and it cannot be resold or reused. But you are not stuck with something you do not like. That is what the guarantee below is for, and it has no limit.

If the film does not look like your property, that is our problem, not yours. Tell us what is wrong and we will re-edit it. Then again, if it is still not right. There is no cap on passes, no additional charge, and no point at which we tell you that is all you get. It is finished when you say it is finished.
