Privacy Policy
If you write to us through the contact form, we collect your name, your email address, and whatever you put in the message. If you buy a film, our payment processor collects your payment details and billing information — we never see or store your card number. To make your film we also need your listing URL, your property address, and any photographs you send us.
To answer you, to make the film you paid for, and to keep a record of the sale. That is the entire list. We do not build advertising profiles, we do not sell or rent your information to anyone, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you bought something.
This site runs on a hosted platform that collects standard technical information — your browser, your device, your approximate location, and how you moved through the pages. That is a feature of the platform this site is built on, and we are telling you because you should know it is happening.
Our payment processor, because they handle the transaction. The platform that hosts this site, because it stores the data. Nobody else. We do not share your property details, your photographs, or your film with anyone.
The photographs you send us are used to build your film and for nothing else. We keep them while we are working and afterwards in case you come back for a revision. We reserve the right to show your finished film as a sample of our work — if you would rather we did not, tell us and we will not. Ask us to delete your photographs at any time and we will.
Sale records for as long as we are required to keep them for tax purposes. Everything else until you ask us to delete it.
Write to us and ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will do it. California residents have these rights under state law; we extend them to everyone because keeping two systems would be absurd for a studio this size.
Questions about any of this: jayden@axolist.com. Jayden answers these himself.
