Scope & Delivery

How many films you get

One. We build in five formats, but your property only needs one of them — choosing which is the first thing we do and the reason the film works. You get that one film, cut for every place you will use it.

What you receive

Your film in one landscape cut at 2.39:1, plus three vertical 9:16 cuts sized for your listing, Reels, and Stories. The same film, four ways to post it. Delivered in 4K and 1080p, MP4, H.264. Yours to use on your listing, your website, your social accounts, and your advertising, permanently and worldwide.

What is shown

Exteriors and surroundings only — the approach, the light, the grounds, the views, the setting. We do not depict the interior of any bookable room. This is deliberate: a guest who arrives to a room that does not match what they were shown leaves a review that costs you far more than this film.

How it is made

Built entirely from photographs of your property. Nobody visits your land. If your existing images are thin, we will ask for eight to twelve more before we start.

What else you get

A walkthrough of how your film was built — the frames that were kept, the ones that were cut, and why. Anything about how your film was made is yours to see if you want it. Ask and we will send it.

Turnaround

Twelve to twenty hours from payment, or from the day you send your photographs, whichever is later. Most land in eight to ten. Twelve to twenty is what we put in writing so it is never a surprise.

After you pay

Within minutesA confirmation email with everything you just agreed to, in writing.

Within one hourAn email from Jayden with your listing read and your format chosen, telling you which one and why. If we need more photographs, you hear it in the same message.

Within 12–20 hoursYour film. All four cuts, as a download link.

Whenever you wantChanges. Reply to that email and say what is not right. No form, no ticket, no limit.

Revisions

Unlimited. There is no cap and no additional charge. It is not finished until you say it is, however many passes that takes.

Refunds

If you have paid and we have not started, write to us and we will send your money back the same day. No questions and no form. Once we have started building your film, we cannot refund it — every film is made for one property and it cannot be resold or reused. But you are not stuck with something you do not like. That is what the guarantee above is for, and it has no limit.

What we need from you

Your listing URL and the property address. Both are collected at payment. If we need additional photographs, we will write to you the same day.

Portfolio

We reserve the right to show finished work as a sample of what we do. If you would rather we did not, tell us and we will not.
